Welcome to the basement kitchen.

We’re bringing together old-school pizza-making techniques with the best locally-sourced ingredients. And, we’re doing it on the wheels of our 24-foot food truck.

The basement kitchen is where family gathers. It’s is where Nonna passed down her recipes. It’s where Nonno taught you how to play cards. You learned about Sunday sugo and that food equals love. It was cool (no, literally it was always cold) which meant you’d cook for hours without breaking a sweat. It also meant everyone wore slippers.

We’re trading in the always-on fireplace for a custom-built wood-fired pizza oven that cooks Neapolitan-style pizza at 850° in under two minutes. It’s still cool, but we’re turning up the heat. We mix flour, salt, yeast, heat, and the best locally-sourced ingredients to create Italian-inspired pizzas for the modern tastebud.
